The Story
It was just after attending a “Demo Day” event for startups that the founder observed the common issue that valet parking service customers share together while waiting for their vehicle – which is the unknown and sometimes long waiting time at the pickup point.
At the time, there was no solution for it on the market, therefore he took the opportunity and started working on it with the purpose of making a difference and starting a business – and that is how ValApp was born.

Along the way, the founder also noticed that the issues are not only faced by customers but also by the management of the businesses offering valet parking service.

The venture got crystallized and still growing after almost two years of designing, developing, and testing before introducing it to the local market.
